in order for me to file bankruptcy I hav e to take money mangement classes, account for every dime I have and where it goes,go before a judge and tell how I got in this mess,medical and a timeshare scam, so why do n't the big guys with BIG money problems have to

The big mistake was to allow some entities to "become too big to fail." This is what anti-trust was supposed to protect us against. No entity should have been allowed to get this big in the first place. We now need to take a close look at what's out there now, and maybe do some breaking up...
